Teach the Child Education Consulting Firm was developed from the research project of our Executive Director, Dr. Christina O'Grady, and the understanding that education needs to be transformed to ignore all the different labels on a child, and to simply Teach the Child.

With over a decade of experience in public education, Dr. Christina O'Grady brings a deep commitment to student-centered learning and innovative instructional practices. She began her career as an Educational Technician III, supporting students with autism and developing a passion for inclusive, differentiated instruction. Certified to teach life science and physical sciences for grades 7-12, she has taught in various settings, blending content expertise with a focus on student engagement.
Dr. Christina O'Grady earned her Master of Education in Online Education in 2021 from Southern New Hampshire University and her Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Assessment in 2024 from Southern Wesleyan University. Her academic journey reflects a strong foundation in the theory and application of modern educational strategies.
Currently serving as Curriculum Coordinator at a public online charter school, she leads key initiatives including assessment data analysis, the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) intervention program, and the school's Project-Based Learning (PBL) initiative. Her work emphasizes data-driven decision-making, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and equitable access to high-quality learning experiences. Dr. O'Grady is passionate about helping educators design engaging and effective curricula that prepare students for success in a rapidly evolving world.
